Terms and Conditions

We are a non-distilling producer; bottling and order fulfillment will be handled by licensed third-party retailers or shippers. Title to the product passes at the point of sale designated by that retailer, and shipping laws vary by state. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local alcohol regulations.

Membership Fulfillment Disclaimer: All membership orders are fulfilled and shipped during the first week of the following month, regardless of the date you sign up. For example, memberships purchased at any time in October will be fulfilled during the first week of November. This schedule applies to all membership shipments.
